1st Laser Lung Metastectomy Workshop, held on 19th October 2024, witnessed a milestone in surgical innovation. Dr. L. M. Darlong, Head of Thoracic Oncosurgery, performed 2 live laser surgeries, demonstrating precision and efficacy. He elaborated on the pros and cons of laser technology. Post-surgery, participating doctors engaged in hands-on training with the laser machine, enhancing their expertise. This pioneering workshop fostered knowledge sharing, skill development, and adoption of cutting-edge techniques in thoracic surgery.
